Rafael Martinez Ybor

The Tampa community lost a wonderful person, Rafael Martinez Ybor, the great grandson of the Ybor City founder. Rafael was 95 years old when he passed. He was a game changer in his own right, preserving the history of Ybor City for the last 40 plus years.
