The Pyramid Players
present

 Dear Carrie,

Admit it.  At some point in your life, you’ve lived the 80’s.  Ladies, you know you’ve put on your legwarmers, gelled your BIG hair, and pretended you were a Solid Gold dancer.  And men, don’t think we don’t know about the pastel tshirt, the mullet and the desire to become an extra on Miami Vice. So, how about a night of nostalgia…a night that where you can relive The Awesome 80s?

On Saturday, November 3, The Pyramid Players will take you on a trip back in time with their musical revue The Awesome 80’s being held at the University Area Community Development Center, 14013 N. 22nd Street.

Featuring songs by Madonna, Elton John, The Go-Gos, Lionel Richie and Huey Lewis, this spectacular revue will definitely make you want break out the boom box and celebrate good times.  It’s going to be totally gnarly and you are sure to leave with your toes tapping and your heart singing and maybe even a tear of nostalgia in your eye.

The doors open at 2:30 p.m. EST with a basket raffle and an art show displaying original artwork, jewelry and prints by Pyramid-trained artists.

Curtain is at 3 p.m.  The event is free but donations are always appreciated to support our performers and the unique Pyramid arts program.  Light refreshments will be served.

So, don your shoulder pads and jelly shoes, your parachute pants and Swatch watches, and take a trip back to The Awesome 80’s with The Pyramid Players.
