SUNday FUNday
Ybor South becoming a reality.
From URBN Tampa Bay… Plans have been filed for the redevelopment of a portion of Tampa Park Apartments. The project includes 724 residential units and 20,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space in buildings of 6 and 4 stories. It appears all of the commercial space will line the road between the two buildings, which is sort of an extended 4th Ave. The rezoning is set for October 14th. https://tinyurl.com/5ecd94cc
More from URBN Tampa Bay
Here’s some new renders for the project at 1402 19th Street in Ybor City. The project features 102 residential units in buildings of 5 and 2 stories. The 5 story building is a new construction while the 2 story building is the renovation of an existing structure from 1910.
This project has already received approval.
