This was the 29th Annual Sarasota PrideFest with another great turnout. A full sunny day of Vendors showcasing friendly places to visit, shop at  and organizations to get involved in. Music line up had the Cheaterssinging and playing to the people sitting under the big shady oak trees in the park. Budweiser had volunteers pouring beer for the hot October day. Politics was definitely the interest and topics for the day!

Tampa Pride was among the vendors supporting community Pride events.

Sarasota PrideFest sparked interest in a new Pride event that will be in Venice, Florida for its first Venice Pride event on Saturday, November 3. www.VeniceFlPride.com 

Other new communities starting Pride events first timers were Pasco Pride having been held  Oct 6th.
