One of our favorite Tampa-Ybor Officers, Richie Mercado, was presented the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce’s Ybor Hero Award in recognition of his 26 years of service in the United States Air Force & his continued dedication to the City of Tampa.

Ybor’s history @ $419,000.00 WOW things are changing fast in Ybor City.
Historic East Ybor/Gary
There has been a lot of buzz about East Ybor lately. There are 4+new construction homes in the Gary area alone.
