Annual GaYBOR Holiday Party
The 8th Annual GaYBOR Holiday Storefront Contest and Holiday Party is this Friday, December 12 at the Honey Pot on 7th Ave.
Everyone is invited and to see which store in Ybor City captures the bragging rights to the best Holiday Decorated Business.
Four categories and not all Holiday Awards are for business. The categories are: Best Decorated Retail Store, Best Bar/ Club, Best Decorated Office bldg and lastly the Best Decorated Residence in Ybor City.
All area businesses are invited and Everyone is welcome to attend the 7pm til ?? Holiday Party. FREE Appetizers by area restaurants, FREE Entertainment by many of the clubs performers in and out of drag, and FREE Holiday Cheer and networking from GaYBOR District members, a well deserved working Historic Ybor City organization.
SANTA Speedo Run (& Mrs Claus In Bras)
The 5th Annual Santa Speedo Run takes place this Sunday starting in Centennial Park in Ybor City. In addition to the men’s run is a Mrs Claus In Bras!
MC FILM being an Official Sponsor and your Red Speedo Headquarters for a full variety of fun Red running attire.
1pm registration and the 1 Mile Charity Benefit Run begins at 2 pm.

Santa to Appear in Ybor City Holiday Spirit Parade
The streets of Historic GaYBOR/ Ybor City will again be filled with snow & sleighs on Saturday Night for the Ybor City Holiday Spirit’s Snow on 7th Parade. This year beside planning for a heavy snow storm on 7th Ave, live reindeer will be on 16th St. along with 15 area high school bands performing and waking up the business district.
Don’t forget to get your pictures in Centro Ybor’s tall 34′ Christmas Tree.
Live Entertainment will begin performing at 5 pm on 7th Ave. Come early and find your special holiday gift at the many GaYBOR District stores and restaurants.
Hamburger Mary’s Turn-A-Bout
Hamburger Mary’s Ybor Annual Turn-a-bout Night had reversal clothing changes that were remarkable and some remarkably funny. From Management to servers to kitchen staff all went way out for this years charitable event.
The charity contributions will all go to the U.S. Marine Corp. TOYS For Tots. Hoping to beat last years $7500 donation, the whole crew did another fantastic job in entertaining all the crowd.
