SciCafe, a partnership with Secrets of the Sea Marine Exploration Center and Aquarium, is a discussion series for adults to raise awareness and satisfy curiosities about science.
The world population is estimated to reach nearly 11 billion by 2050. As resources are being depleted, farming practices have been changing in order to feed the masses. Join us as we explore the successes and challenges of agriculture and aquaculture, and ask if these practices are sustainable.
Please bring canned food items to benefit Metropolitan Ministries serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk locations.
Cost: Free. Please RSVP by phone: 727-803-9799 ext. 206 or email: info@thesecretsofthesea.org
Location: The Dalí Museum’s Community Room
Sponsored by David Ramsey, CFP, Vice President of Investments for Raymond James.
